Because of the amount of orders I receive, they will be chosen on a lottery basis.
RATES FOR 2010:
Traditional Scale - $550.00**
Classic Scale - $450.00*
Stablemate Scale - $350.00*
(*Price is for prepped models only. I will only be accepting fully prepped models in 2010. Please see below for prepping links.)
(**Oversized Traditional models (Lohengrin etc.) will be priced on an individual basis)

Bids for April 2010 - Bids will be accepted from March 1st 2009
until March 25th 2010
Please send an email to tuscanystudios@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your name and address
- The name of the resin you would like painted
- The color and markings you would like (or artist choice)
TUSCANY STUDIOS SALES POLICY :
a 50% deposit is due when the order is confirmed. No work will be started until a deposit has been paid.
When the horse is within 1-2 weeks of being completed, I try to give the owner a heads up that it is almost finished and the balance will be due when finished.
After I send pictures of the finished piece, the owner has **2 WEEKS** to pay the balance OR email me to set up alternative payment arrangements.
I'm quite happy to do time payments on balances, but would prefer to know this beforehand - if something has just come up (and lets face it.....it happens) - NO PROBLEM - but PLEASE let me know so we can make arrangements for payment.
In the case of commission packages (where I paint my resin to your specs) - if I do not hear ANYTHING from you after 30 days from sending the pictures, then you will forfeit your deposit and the horse will be put up for sale.
In the case of CM orders (where it is your resin) - after 30 days of no contact, the paint job will be primed over, you will lose your deposit and the resin will be shipped home to you when the shipping cost has been received.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
: If your resin is not chosen for the current month, please feel free to send the same bid in the following month for another shot.
: Plastics and Chinas will be accepted - however they must arrive here fully prepped and ready to paint.
: No trades except for a u/p Raakid resin(1 traditional scale paintjob trade value)
: No portrait commissions please.
: All resins shipped to Tuscany Studios must be shipped with full insurance coverage - claims will be made to cover repairs due to postal damage.
: Repairs due to postal damage start at $25/hour.
: Paintwork is guaranteed for 12 months to the original owner only. Any deterioration in paintwork will be repaired free of charge (S/H/I responsibility of owner). Paintwork guarantee does not transfer if horse is sold within 12 months.
: All international shipments must be fully insured and declared for their true value on custom forms.

Traditional Scale/Priority + tracking + insurance up to $1000 = $45.00
Classic Scale/Priority + tracking + insurance up to $1000 = $25.00
SM Scale//Priority + tracking + insurance up to $1000 = $15.00
Traditional Scale/Parcel Post + tracking + insurance up to $800 = $25.00
Classic Scale/Parcel Post + tracking + insurance up to $500 = $15.00
SM Scale/Parcel Post + tracking + insurance up to $350 = $10.00
Additional insurance can be purchased.
If actual S/H/I is cheaper by more than $5, the difference will be refunded.
